Area · Playa del Inglés
The tourist heart of the south, with thousands of apartments built in the 1970s–80s and the pipework to match. When a pipe bursts or a drain blocks, we pick up the phone and head out within minutes from Av. de Tejeda — and we serve you in English, Spanish, German or Italian.
What we cover in Playa del Inglés
From a dripping tap in an Anexo II apartment to a full community pressure system. The plumber on his way is the same one who answered your call and knows the buildings in the area.

WhatsApp →Why Playa del Inglés is different
Knowing the area saves time and money. Here is what we find every week in Playa del Inglés and why it matters.
Many bungalows and apartments date from the 1970s–80s: corroded copper pipes, obsolete valves and low residual pressure. We carry parts for those systems in the van.
High guest turnover means breakdowns that cannot wait until the next check-in. We coordinate with owners and agencies and issue proper invoices.
Shared drainage stacks, inspection chambers and pressure systems affecting dozens of homes. We inspect with a camera before touching anything.
Residents and tourists who don't speak Spanish. We explain exactly what happened and what it costs in your language, with no hidden surprises.
What it costs
No inflated rates for high season or for speaking a different language. The same fair price as always, with a written quote you agree to before we touch a thing.
What's included: call-out to any point in Playa del Inglés (Centro, Anexo II, Las Burras, San Fernando), on-site diagnosis and a written fixed quote.
If you decline: you only pay the €40 call-out. No pressure.
Payment: card, cash, Bizum or bank transfer. Proper invoice for your insurance or community manager.
20 years in the south of Gran Canaria
Enrique and his sons have been working the south for over twenty years. We're based on Av. de Tejeda, minutes from Playa del Inglés, which means we arrive before almost anyone else. Clients like RIU, Cordial, El Corte Inglés and Alsol Turismo have us on speed dial for one simple reason: we pick up, we show up, and we tell the truth.
We work with our own equipment: 200-bar pressure jetter, HD inspection camera, acoustic leak detector and thermal imaging camera. We also carry parts for the most common water heaters (Junkers, Cointra, Saunier Duval) to sort it out on the first visit.
